Plane crash
– Setting: plane/airport
– Perspective: first person
– Timeline: climax at the beginning (as dream/vision)
– Intro: generic (introduce time and place)
– Date 13th September 2020 (Friday)

The plane rolls down the taxiway towards the runway, me Name soking weth from the strom outside the small window of seat 12f. the torrential rain cascading down the window obscures my vision of the dark ominous clouds overhead with purple flashes of light streak towards the ground like the fingers of hell. the plane turns around at the end of the runway and lines up for takeoff, I feel the plane shuddering as the plane starts to gather speed, and is soon hurtling down the runway. the wheels start to bump up and down on the tarmac as the plane struggles to lift off the ground. I hear the engines straining as the pilots push them to their limits. finally, the giant metal bird soars into the skies. almost as soon as it is airborne a huge bolt of lightning strikes the aircraft ripping a hole in the side of engine two, I watch helplessly as fire leapt out to the gaping hole fueled by the broken fuel pipe. in a matter of seconds, the engine suddenly exploded destroying the left wing sending the plane out of control, down into the ground. a fireball erupted from the impact incinerating anything in its path, and in less than a second engulfed me.

I sit up gasping with sweat pouring down my face, with what I just witnessed fresh in my mind, it seemed so real. But here I am the 13th December 2019, stuck in English, on the last Friday of school. The bell rings and the whole class rushes to the door eager to escape the school and begin the holidays. driving to the Airport, I look up to see angry black clouds rolling over the hills in the distance thundering towards the city
